정말 더운 하루였습니다, 저녁이 돼어도 오후에 열기가 쉽게 가시지 않는것 같네요,
당분간 이런 더위가 계속 된다는데.
더위를 피하는법이 있다고 해서 한번 소개 할까합니다^^ 그냥 한번 보셔요
심리적 효과를 이용한 방법

피그말리온 효과라고 있다. 진심으로 원하면 이루어진다는 심리효과를 말한다.
이 효과를 이용하여 "나는 시원한 곳에 있다. 나는 시원하다."를 수없이 되생각하면서 간절히 자기 최면을 건다. 중요한 것은 진짜로 그렇게 믿는 것이다. 누군가 말했던가 "꿈은 이루어진다"고,,,,,시원함도 간절히 원하면 이루어 진다. 이것도 단점이 있으니, 너무 더우면 집중력이 흩어져 효과를 못 볼 수도 있으며 주위에 사람들이 이상한 눈으로 볼 수 있음을 명심하자.

3. 다른 나라로 여행을 간다.
여름이 없는 곳으로 여행을 떠나는 방법이 있다. 추천 여행지는 북유럽, 스위스, 캐나다 북부 지방, 러시아 북부지방, 그린란드, 아이슬란드, 만년설이 가득한 히말라야 등이 있겠다. 물론 돈이 많이 들고 여러가지 번거로운 일들이 있을 수는 있겠으나 일회성의 더위를 피하는 방법이 아닌 여름이 끝날때 돌아오면 되는 완벽한 방법이라 하겠다. 다만 돈없다고 편도만 구입해서 가는 경우에는 돌아오지 못할 수도 있음을 명심하자.

?대형마트에서 죽부인을원파는 것을 봤다. 아마 다 비슷비슷 할 것이다.
죽부인의 효능은 이미 과학적인 방법을 통해서 그 효과가 인정된바 확실한 방법이라 하겠다.
다만 단점이라면 죽부인과 사랑에 빠질 수 있다는 것이다. 죽부인들에게 남편을 빼낀 이야기는 구시대에서부터 구전되온 수많은 유머들이 증명하고 있다. 그러니 너무 사용은 자재하기를,,,,

5. 더위에 맞서라
사자성어에 보면 이열치열(以熱治熱)이라는 말이 있다. '열로써 열을 다스린다'란 뜻,,, 더운 여름날에 뜨거운 육개장이나 삼계탕 먹고 땀을 쫘~~~~~~악~~~~~~빼면 시원함을 느낄 수 있다.
더위 라는게 신경쓰면 쓸수록 더 스트레스 받고 더 더워지기 마련,,,,
이럴때는 더위를 피하기 보다는 더위 그 자체를 즐기는 마음가짐이 절대적으로 필요하다.
