*1. 봄철 제철 음식 겨울 내내 추위에 강직된 우리의 몸은 봄을 맞이하면서 신체적 변화로 식욕부진, 소화불량, 나른한 춘곤증, 무기력, 피곤함 등이 나타나게 됩니다. 이는 환경의 변화로 생체 리듬이 깨어지게 되는 요인이 되는데 이때 입맛과 건강에 좋은 쌉싸름한 봄나물을 섭취하게 되면, 각종 비타민, 무기질, 단백질 등 부족한 영양소가 적절히 보충되면서 저하된 체력과 면역력을 갖게 됩니다. 3월 ① 해산물 - 물미역, 파래, 대합, 모시조개, 피조개, 바지락, 도미, 꼬막, 주꾸미 ② 채소 - 봄동, 돌미나리, 달래, 냉이, 씀바귀, 고들빼기, 돋나물, 두릅, 죽순 ③ 과일 - 귤, 딸기. 4월 ① 해산물 - 도미, 조기, 병어, 북어, 뱅어포, 키조개, 김 ② 채소 - 양상추, 껍질콩, 머위, 죽순, 취, 두릅, 아스파라거스, 쑥, 상추 ③ 과일 - 딸기, 살구 5월 ① 해산물 - 오징어, 잔새우, 멍게, 참치, 넙치, 홍어, 멸치 ② 채소 - 양배추, 완두콩, 미나리, 도라지, 상추, 양파, 고구마순, 더덕, 마늘종 ③ 과일 - 딸기, 양두 이모든 것들을 전부 사서 먹기는그렇지만 알고 먹으면 더맛은 있을것 같네요^^ <body
