*생활속의 지혜들입니다.도움이 되었으면 하네요^^* 감기로 코가 막혔을때 김기때문에 코가막혔을때 ! 양파를 갈아서 면봉으로 찍어바르면 코가 뻥 ~ 하고 뚫린답니다 ^^ 말린쑥을 비벼 콧구멍에 잠깐넣어두어도 좋아요 마늘 먹은뒤 냄새제거하기 마늘 먹으면 몇시간후에도 "너 마늘먹었지?"라고 물어보죠... 난감한순간 ! 그럴대 녹차잎을 입안에 넣고 씹은뒤 양치를 하면 냄새가 싹 사라진답니다 ^^ 색바랜 티셔츠를 염색하기 누렇게 변색된 티셔츠는 홍차 찌꺼기를 우려낸물에 10분정도 삶으면 제법 산뜻한 베이지색으로 염색된답니다. 고기냄새밴옷은 욕실에 걸어두기 회식자리등 모임장소에 갔다오면 옷에 잡냄새가 듬뿍듬뿍 그냥 옷걸이에 걸어두면 다른옷까지 냄새가 베죠 ~ 그럴땐 욕조에 더운물을 받고 욕실에 습기를 채워 냄새밴옷을 한시간쯤 걸어둠녀 냄새가 없어진답니다 ^^ 야채보관은 특성에 맞게 차별적으로 3대패밀리 시금치,배추,상추는 세워서보관하는것이 좋구요 무,우엉,당근,감자 등 흙속에 자라는 채소는 흙이 묻은 채로 신문지에 싸서 보관하는것이 좋아요 ^^ 가지나 오이,토마토,딸기등 줄기식물은 5~10도에서 보관하데 3일안에 먹는것이좋아요 ^^ 새스타킹 오래신으려면? 새 스타킹을 따뜻한 물에 담궜다가 말린뒤 약한 온도로 살짝 다리면 오래신을수있어요 바퀴벌래 박멸 !! 날씨가 따뜻해지면서 집안에 출몰하는 바퀴벌레를 없애기위해서는 찐감자를 붕산에 섞어 경단처럼 만들고 입구가 넓고 불터명한 병에 넣어둬요 그럼 자기가 좋아하는 감자냄새에 이끌려병안으로 들어가게된답니다 젊은데도 새치가 ... 비타민 E를 많이 섭취해줘야해요 , 또 비타민B도 좋으니 우유나 야채를 많이 먹으면좋답니다 ~ 두부를 장기보관? 남은두부 ! 보통 물에담궈 보관하시잖아요 하지만 시간이 오래지나면 미끌거리고 냄새가나죠 두부는 물에 넣어보관할경우 소금을 타서 보관하면 보존기간이 길어진답니다. 또는 전자렌지나 끓는물에 살짝데친뒤 냉장고에 보관하면 더 오래 보관할수있어요 ^^ 식탁에 생긴 뜨거운 그릇자국 없애기 ! 마른걸레에
